Born in 1978 to a painter and organic dairy farmer, Molly was raised to be
creatively industrious from a young age, Using her imagination and love of
drawing, she makes everything from her collection of idiosyncratic ceramics to
furniture to pen-and-ink drawings.
In 2009, she was awarded the Arts/Industry Residency in the Pottery at
the John Michael Kohler Arts Center in Wisconsin which laid the foundation for
her career as an artist designer. She works from home studio in Northampton
MA on everything from designing and illustration to one of a kind pieces. Molly’s work has been widely collected and commissioned and is exhibited nationally and internationally at art fairs and museums. And also it has been
featured in numerous publications.
Molly’s craft is finely honed, her designs whimsically literal and
pop-culturally on-point. Now working from her studio, her designs have expanded beyond tableware to a wide range of lifestyle products. Her work has been widely collected and commissioned and is exhibited nationally and
internationally at art fairs and museums.
