ORDER CANCELLATION/CHANGES
We cannot accept any cancellation or changes to any orders after it has been submitted. In an effort to get orders shipped as quickly as possible, we begin to process each order immediately after it is placed. If, for any reason, you would like to return items on your order please refer to our Return Policy.
PRICE MATCHING
Twig New York does not offer price matching and will not adjust previous orders to reflect prices of current and/or upcoming sales. Promotional offers cannot be applied to previous or pending purchases.
EXPORT
Products selling online are intended for use in the US and Canada only. When placing your order, you are agreeing that you shall not, directly or indirectly, sell, export or transfer our products outside of the United States and Canada. Orders calling for shipments to known freight forwarders will be cancelled. If you are interested in importing or distributing, please contact us, and your message will be forwarded to our international sales team.
PAYMENT
We accept payment by credit or debit card. Cards accepted are American Express (US only), Mastercard and Visa. We do not process payment until the stock is in our warehouse and the order is released for dispatch to you.
Please note that currency is accepted and charged in the country that was selected as your location.
SALES TAX
Sales Tax is charged on those items shipped to New York at the current jurisdiction/state rate on merchandise. Shipping fees are not subject to tax.
We are required by law to collect tax on orders dispatched to addresses within New York. Orders sent to addresses anywhere else in the US will not be subject to sales tax.
INTERNATIONAL CHARGES
Sales Tax (GST, HST, PST) is charged on those items shipped to all Provinces in Canada at the current jurisdiction/province rate on merchandise. Shipping fees are not subject to tax. No additional charges at delivery.
RETURN POLICY
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us at orders@twigny.com within 14 business days of receiving the goods to arrange to return them and receive a full refund of the purchase price less delivery charges.
If the return is due to an error on our part or the goods were faulty, we will of course reimburse you for the return postage and refund the original delivery charges as well as the purchase price of the goods. However if you are returning the goods for any other reason, you will be required to pay the original and return delivery charges, as we will only refund the original payment for the goods. If an order has shipped and delivery refused due to no fault of ours, you will be required to pay any freight charges.
To return the goods, please contact us at orders@twigny.com. We will advise you on how to return the goods, so that they reach us speedily and safely.
Once product is received, Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for processing.
BACKORDERED / OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Unfortunately as we are in unprecedented times we cannot guarantee stock availability of any items at this time. While we strive to ensure that all items offered for sale are available, there are many factors that we are currently experiencing making this difficult. We anticipate this being for a limited time and will take the following actions if this should effect your order:
- If an item in your order is not available, we will notify you via email as soon as possible and give you the choice to CANCEL the entire order or SHIP PARTIAL of what is currently available. If we do not receive a response within 10 Days of this email we will ship PARTIAL and CANCEL remaining items, offering a full refund on those cancelled items.
If an order or item is cancelled, you can choose to be notified when it is back in stock. Please note that the price reflected at that time will be the price charged, no prior promotions will be honored.
PROMOTIONS
All offers are valid for online purchases at www.twignewyork.com, one per customer for US and Canadian residents. Offers cannot be applied to previous or pending purchases. All products are offered subject to availability, for a limited time period. Exclusions and limitations may apply, see promotional email for specific details. Twig New York reserves the right to modify or cancel an order due to unauthorized or ineligible use of promotional codes.
If redeeming a complimentary gift voucher with your order, you are subject to pay applicable tax and shipping charges based on the order value after discounts.
